Twelve months ago Kell Brook looked to have the boxing world at his feet with the world title shot he craved against Devon Alexander just around the corner. But what was to follow in the months ahead left him questioning his future in the sport. After first he and then Alexander were forced to postpone due to injury, the fight was cancelled when Brook was struck down by injury once again, leaving the unbeaten Sheffield fighter in the wilderness. Brook opens up about about his struggle to come to terms with that disappointment, the 27-year-old revealing he was left in a "dark, dark place" from which he could see no return. Thankfully the 'Special One' is now back doing what he does best and this weekend heads back to the Motorpoint Arena in his hometown of Sheffield for another world title eliminator - this time against Ricky Hatton's conqueror, Vycheslav Senchenko.
