For this week’s Ringside Rewind, we look back at Wladimir Klitschko’s second fight with Samuel Peter

Wladimir Klitschko ruled the heavyweight division with an iron fist and he produced a typically dominant performance against Samuel Peter in 2010.

The 41-year-old Ukrainian announced his retirement in August 2016, bringing an end to his hugely successful boxing career, which featured numerous world heavyweight title fights.

Seven years ago, Klitschko agreed to a rematch with 'Nigerian Nightmare' Peter, who had floored him three times before 'Dr Steelhammer' held on for a 2005 points win.

Klitschko would not allow Peter to unload his heavy hooks in the return fight as he pounded out a 10th round knockout victory in Frankfurt.
