Luke Campbell will be fighting on fellow Olympic gold medallist Anthony Joshua's undercard.
The WBC International lightweight champion will defend his title against French champion Yvan Mendy at the O2 on December 12, live on Sky Sorts Box Office.
Campbell (12-0-KO10) is back in the ring for the first time since stopping local Hull rival Tommy Coyle in the summer and is making his second appearance at the O2 in London, alongside Joshua.
"A big win at The O2 will be the perfect end to a great year for me," he said.
"Beating Tommy in the huge show in Hull in the summer was great, but this fight with Mendy is massive for me before moving towards a world title fight in 2016.
"Yvan has bags of experience and has mixed at a high level and gave Postol and Tatli 12 hard rounds, so it's going to be a real test for me and one that I need with an exciting year ahead of me in the brilliant lightweight division."
Mendy (32-4-1-KO16) took current WBC super-lightweight champion Viktor Postol over the full 12 rounds back in 2012 and is yet to be stopped, with all four defeats coming on points.
Campbell is looking for a seventh successive win inside the distance, on the same bill that sees fellow lightweight Kevin Mitchell take on unbeaten knockout specialist Ismael Barroso, knowing a win will get him a shot at recently-crowned WBA champion Anthony Crolla.
