Joshua is the big odds-on favourite at 1/33 to get the victory in Manchester with Molina the 12/1 outsider to enjoy a surprise success. The draw is available at 40/1.
Sky Bet have a vast range of RequestABets available for the big fight, including 9/1 for Joshua to be knocked down in the fight.
Joshua is 50/1 to be knocked down during the first round but it's just 1/40 for Molina to hit the canvas at any point.
Sky Bet make Joshua to win in the second round their most likely outcome at 7/2. A third-round success for the former Olympic gold medallist is on offer at 4/1, the same price as victory in the opening round.
Joshua can also be backed at 9/2 to win in the opening 60 seconds of the contest.
Dereck Chisora and Dillian Whyte have both been making plenty of headlines ahead of their fight on the undercard of Joshua's title defence.
Whyte is Sky Bet's odds-on favourite at 30/100 to get the win, Chisora can be backed at 5/2 and the draw is an option at 28/1.
It's 33/1 for Whyte to win in the opening 60 seconds and a massive 300/1 for Chisora to end the bout in that timeframe.
