Promoter Eddie Hearn has admitted that Wembley is the 'perfect choice' to stage Anthony Joshua's planned world title fight with Wladimir Klitschko in 2017.
IBF champion Joshua will defend his belt against Eric Molina at Manchester Arena on December 10, live on Sky Sports Box Office, and he could pave the way for a huge showdown with Klitschko next year.
The WBA have sanctioned a fight between Joshua and Klitschko for the WBA 'super' title, which is expected to take place in March or April, and Wembley and the Principality Stadium in Cardiff are potential venues for the fight.
Carl Froch's rematch victory over George Groves attracted an attendance of almost 80,000 to the national stadium and Hearn believes Joshua-Klitschko would create even more public demand.
"I would love to go back to Wembley," Hearn told Sky Sports News HQ. "We're talking to them and to Cardiff as well.
"That's got a roof, gives you much more security. But like I said, we've done Froch-Groves - this is a bigger fight than Froch-Groves. It's a unification fight between Joshua and Klitschko.
"Wembley is the perfect choice. It's just a little bit of a toss of a coin on the weather, but we'll see."
Ireland's amateur star Katie Taylor has signed for Matchroom Boxing and will make her professional debut at Wembley Arena on November 26, live on Sky Sports.
Hearn has ambitious plans for the London 2012 Olympic gold medallist and wants to showcase her skills in America before a world title fight next year.
He said: "How big is it going to be? Can we do Madison Square Gardens, with Katie Taylor, with all the Irish coming over, and all up the east coast of America.
"That's the plans. We want to build her over the next 10-12 months. We're going to be boxing her on November 26, her debut, December 10 on the Joshua card.
"We're going to take her to America, in February or March, box out there. Scandinavia as well and probably this time next year, we'll be looking for that world title fight in Ireland."
