Week 7 of the NFL season features Sky Sports' first ever NFL quadruple header as we will have 24 hours of NFL programming from 6am-6am on Sunday and Monday on Sky Sports 3 HD.
We'll have six live NFL matches across the week that showcases the league at its finest - including the second of three NFL games at Wembley this season as the Buffalo Bills take on the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The following games are all live on Sky Sports after the Seahawks defeated the 49ers on Thursday night.
Buffalo Bills @ Jacksonville Jaguars (from Wembley)
Sunday, 12:30pm, Sky Sports 3 HD
The injury-hit Buffalo Bills are hoping to get their playoff push back on track in London when they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium.
The Bills were without starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor in their 34-21 loss to the undefeated Cincinnati Bengals in Week 6 while star wide receiver Sammy Watkins was seen on crutches after injuring his ankle while catching a touchdown pass from EJ Manuel in the second quarter.
The Jaguars enter the contest on the back of a 31-20 defeat at home to the Houston Texans.
Blake Bortles completed 30-of-53 passes for 331 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions in the loss. The second-year quarterback will have to cut down on his turnovers if the Bills are to upset the Bills at Wembley.
New York Jets @ New England Patriots
Sunday, 4.45pm, Sky Sports 3 HD
The reigning Super Bowl champions, the New England Patriots, will face their stiffest test of the season so far when they welcome bitter AFC East rivals, the New York Jets, to Gillette Stadium.
Tom Brady has led the Patriots to a 5-0 record and a franchise-record 183 points through five games but the Jets (4-1) will be confident of causing an upset with in-form running back Chris Ivory leading the way.
After rushing for 166 yards and a touchdown in the Jets' win over Miami at Wembley, Ivory followed that up with 196 total yards and a touchdown against the Washington Redskins.
The Patriots have allowed 4.8 yards per carry so far this season which is the fourth-worst mark in the NFL and stopping Ivory will be Bill Belichick's primary focus on Sunday.
Dallas Cowboys @ New York Giants
Sunday, 8:15pm, Sky Sports 3 HD
The New York Giants will be hoping to take a step forward in the NFC East when they host a Dallas Cowboys team struggling to stay afloat without injured quarterback Tony Romo and All-Pro wide receiver Dez Bryant.
The Cowboys have lost three straight and plan to make a change at quarterback with Matt Cassel taking over from Brandon Weedon, while Christine Michael will assume a large portion of Joseph Randle's work at running back as Jason Garrett looks to spark his offence into life.
The 33-year-old Cassel is a veteran quarterback with 96 touchdowns and 70 interceptions in 90 career games with the New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs and Minnesota Vikings.
Philadelphia Eagles @ Carolina Panthers
Monday, 12.10am, Sky Sports 3 HD
The undefeated Carolina Panthers are flying high after Cam Newton led them to a comeback win over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 6 and they will look to keep that momentum going when they host Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Newton played like a potential MVP candidate in Seattle as he orchestrated a masterful game-winning (see highlights video above) drive which culminated in a touchdown pass to Greg Olsen to come from behind and beat the Seahawks.
For the Eagles, prized free agent running DeMarco Murray got off to a slow start in Philadelphia but he registered his first 100-yard rushing game of the season in last week's 27-7 win over the New York Giants.
Kelly's much-vaunted high-tempo offence has not met expectations this season under new quarterback Sam Bradford and they fill face a tough test against the Panthers' tough defensive unit.
Baltimore Ravens @ Arizona Cardinals
Tuesday, 12:15am, Sky Sports 1 HD
The Arizona Cardinals suffered a surprise defeat in Week 6 as they lost to a Pittsburgh Steelers team led by third-string quarterback Landry Jones.
Bruce Arians will hope his team can bounce back on Monday Night Football against another AFC North opponent, the Baltimore Ravens, who are in crisis after suffering their fifth defeat of the season against San Francisco in Week 6.
The loss in Pittsburgh was a disappointing one for former Steelers offensive coordinator Arians but one bright spark on the day was the play of second-year wide receiver John Brown.
Brown set career highs in targets, catches and yardage on the day (see highlights video above) as he led the Cardinals with ten catches on 14 targets for 196 yards.
