Celtic have confirmed that they are to introduce a safe-standing area from the start of next season.
The club confirmed in their season-ticket renewal information that rail seats would be installed over the summer, affording some fans the opportunity to sit or stand as they so desire.
The modified area will be in the corner of the Lisbon Lions Stand at Celtic Park, where the Green Brigade fans' group are currently located.
The club have also responded to mounting concern from supporters by announcing that they have frozen standard season ticket prices for next season.
A spokesperson said: "With standard prices frozen for 2016/17, adults can secure their seat for the season from only £416 with Kids' Season Tickets from only £50."
Celtic were granted permission from authorities in June last year to introduce the safe standing area - based on versatile seating common at German grounds.
Their initial plans were to accommodate up to 2,600 supporters in the modified area.
