Leyton Orient 1-1 Macclesfield: Jacob Blyth seals late draw for Silkmen

Highlights of the Sky Bet League Two match between Leyton Orient and Macclesfield.

Jacob Blyth salvaged a point for troubled Macclesfield with a stoppage-time equaliser in the 1-1 at Leyton Orient.

James Brophy put Orient ahead in the 75th minute when he raced down the left side before angling a superb drive into the net.

It seemed that Orient would be on course for the three points in a tightly-contested duel between the two teams at the wrong end of the table.

But substitute Blyth had the final word after being setup by another substitute and new signing Donovan Wilson, who produced a sublime pass and the former Motherwell forward finished of the move with a powerful effort.

The home side might have opened their account within two minutes when Conor Wilkinson broke clear but saw his shot saved by the feet of visiting goalkeeper Jonathan Mitchell.

Two minutes before half-time, Wilkinson saw his header from a Josh Wright free-kick drift harmlessly wide of the post.
