Watford have completed the signing of winger Nordin Amrabat from Malaga for £6.1m.
The 28-year-old has put pen to paper at Vicarage Road after the Hornets activated a £6m release clause in his contract with the La Liga club.
Amrabat, whose previous clubs include PSV and Galatasaray, travelled to the UK to talk personal terms and undergo a medical after the clause was activated.
The Morocco international will join up with Quique Sanchez Flores' squad after tonight's Swansea City fixture, ready for this Saturday's visit of Newcastle United to Vicarage Road.
Amrabat, who was born in the Netherlands and represented the Dutch at U21 level before switching allegiance to Morocco, will join up with Quique Sanchez Flores' squad on Tuesday and will be available for Saturday's clash with Newcastle United at Vicarage Road.
He has made 23 appearances and scored four goals for Morocco since making his debut in November 2011.
Flores said of Amrabat last week: "He has the qualities of the players we like.
"He can play at Number 10; he holds the ball, he can turn quickly with the strength of a striker and escape the defensive line.
"He can also play as a winger because he has that pace and velocity - the power that adds to the options of a team."
