Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus has been crowned Brazil's player of the year.
Jesus, who will be available for selection at the Etihad in January, agreed a £27m move in the summer from Palmeiras but City allowed him to see out the Brazilian season first.
He helped his club win the title for the first time in 22 years and was rewarded with the prestigious Bola de Ouro, won previously by the likes of Carlos Tevez, Ronaldinho and Neymar,
He scored 12 goals in a season in which he was regularly called away on international duty - including winning gold at the Olympics.
"It's a big thrill to be here but I owe it to my team-mates," Jesus said. "I didn't dream of being here. It makes me very happy."
City director of football Txiki Begiristain said: "We have Jesus coming - he will strengthen our attack, so we are happy."
