Sadio Mane could feature in Liverpool’s game with Chelsea tonight after taking part in a training session.
The striker arrived home on Monday night from Africa Cup of Nations duty with Senegal, who were knocked out in the quarter-finals of the tournament by Cameroon on penalties.
Mane trained on Tuesday morning with Reds boss Jurgen Klopp yet to reveal whether he will include the forward for the vital game with the Premier League leaders at Anfield.
Liverpool go into the game on the back of defeats against Swansea City, Southampton in the EFL Cup semi-final and to Wolves in the FA Cup fourth round.
Klopp's side, who defeated Antonio Conte's side in September in the reverse fixture, currently sit fourth in the league table.
