Jamie Redknapp and Thierry Henry were both extremely critical of Arsenal's display after their 3-1 loss at West Brom on Saturday.
Speaking on the Premier League Live podcast, Redknapp described the Gunners' performance as "shambolic and diabolical", while Henry questioned their commitment, desire and attitude.
The visitors slipped to their fourth league defeat in five matches after two goals for Baggies defender Craig Dawson and one for substitute Hal Robson-Kanu.
Alexis Sanchez had cancelled out Dawson's early header before Robson-Kanu scored 75 seconds after coming off the bench in the second half.
And poor Arsenal defending from a corner allowed Dawson to seal his first Premier League double with another header 15 minutes from time.
