Returning Ohno forces NXT Champion Roode to flee ring

Kassius Ohno confronted NXT Champion Bobby Roode as he made his return to the brand on Wednesday night's show in Orlando.
Ohno, who previously wrestled on NXT in 2012 and 2013, declared that he was coming after Roode's belt, leading to the titleholder agreeing to defend the strap in an impromptu match at Full Sail University.
Roode attacked his opponent from behind before the bout could get underway but Ohno responded with a barrage of elbows and a meaty clothesline to send the champion fleeing.
Roode's clash with Ohno had come after he had beaten No Way Jose with a Glorious DDT in his first match since winning the NXT Title from Shinsuke Nakamura at TakeOver: San Antonio in January.
Elsewhere on NXT, Pete Dunne conquered fellow Brit Mark Andrews in a rematch from their semi-final encounter at the inaugural United Kingdom Championship Tournament last month.
England's Dunne backed up victory in Blackpool by edging Welsh star Andrews again, the Midlander sealing his win with a Bitter End having kneed Andrews as he attempted a Shooting Star Press.
Plus, Peyton Royce pipped Ember Moon and Liv Morgan to become No 1 contender to NXT Women's Champion Asuka - thanks to an assist from her friend and fellow Australian, Billie Kay.
Moon cracked Kay with an Eclipse stunner as she entered the ring, giving Royce the time to blast Morgan with a match-sealing Fisherman's Suplex.
