West Brom have offered Saido Berahino a new four-year contract as they attempt to keep the 22-year old striker at the Hawthorns, according to Sky sources.
Berahino, who has a year left on his current deal, is yet to respond to the offer but Sky Sports News HQ understands the player sees his future elsewhere and would prefer a move in this transfer window.
The former England U21 international is in Austria with the rest of the West Brom squad on a pre-season fitness camp.
Stoke City are thought to be leading the chase for Berahino and are reportedly willing to pay £16m.
Crystal Palace and Watford have also been linked.
Both Stoke and Spurs had offers turned down for Berahino in the last window
