Worcester welcome back Greg Rawlinson as they look to end their long wait for a Guinness Premiership win against Harlequins.
The Warriors have managed just five losing bonus points in eight games so far this season, a record that leaves them at the foot of the table.
However, there are some promising signs for Mike Ruddock's side, not least the fact that they have already defeated Quins once this year, albeit in the EDF Energy Cup.
The visitors to Sixways are also notoriously bad travellers, winning just once away from home in the Guinness Premiership in 2007.
Welcome return
The return of New Zealand second-rower Rawlinson is also a boost for Worcester after he missed the defeat to London Irish with an ankle problem.
He comes into a pack that will have to do without number eight Kai Horstmann and Fijian international Netani Talei through injury.
Tom Wood comes in at flanker but Gavin Quinnell has to make do with a seat on the bench.
South African international Thinus Delport is handed a recall at full-back in the only change amongst the back division.
Repeat result
Harlequins go on the road looking for a repeat of their 27-20 success over Worcester in December last year.
Since then points away from the Twickenham Stoop have been hard to come by and they have not won in any competition since the last weekend of October.
Despite the slump in form, director of rugby Dean Richards has opted not to wield the axe, making just one change from the team that started against Saracens last time out.
Chis Malone regains the fly-half position from Adrian Jarvis, who drops down to the bench. Nick Easter continues as captain.
