Glasgow Warriors coach Sean Lineen has called on his side to build on their win over Treviso when they face Ulster at Firhill.
The Warriors currently find themselves second from bottom in the standings, with their win over Treviso only their fifth of the season.
And although Ulster are currently attempting to cement their place in the play-offs, Lineen believes his side can now kick-on and cause an upset.
Lineen said: "The players were delighted to get the win over Treviso.
"It was a very hard game against big physical men and to get that victory was really encouraging. The team spirit was strong and to score three tries was very good."
Cup final
The Warriors will welcome back Scotland duo Ruaridh Jackson and Richie Vernon, as well as Canadian winger DTH van der Merwe and flanker James Eddie.
Ulster coach Brian McLaughlin has named international trio Tom Court, Paddy Wallace and Simon Danielli in his starting XV for the trip to Glasgow.
Dan Tuohy, Pedrie Wannenburg and Paul Marshall also start, with Ruan Pienaar moving to fly-half.
Ulster, though, will be without Ireland winger Andrew Trimble after he picked up a slight quad injury against England.
"If we want to make that semi-final spot in the Magners League then every game is a cup final and we have to perform in every game," said McLaughlin.
