Matthew Pewtner, Lewis Robling, Tonderai Chavhanga and Steffan Jones come into the back division following the loss to Ulster last time out.
Chavhanga's inclusion on the wing sees Ross Wardle move across to the centres.
Up front, Hugh Gustafson and Nic Cudd both start, while Dan Lydiate will make his final home appearance for the club.
Munster have also made several changes to the side following their loss to Leinster.
Only three players who started the 22-16 defeat are retained, with Denis Hurley, Ian Keatley and Damien Varley keeping their places.
The rest of the side is largely made up of members of their British and Irish Cup squad, with academy player Ronan O'Mahony set to make his RaboDirect PRO12 debut while will make his first senior appearance Cian Bohane off the bench.
