Huddersfield will have England new boy Kevin Brown back for the Super League clash with Hull FC on Sunday.
The Giants suffered a 30-22 defeat to St Helens without Brown last Friday, continuing a poor run of form that has seen them win only once since April.
The hosts will also welcome back forward Simon Finnigan for the game at the Galpharm Stadium after a lengthy absence with a serious neck injury.
And with Hull currently enjoying a good run of form, Giants head coach Nathan Brown realises his side face a tough task this weekend.
Wide open
"Hull FC are performing well, most of their players are back from injury and they are in good form," Brown told Huddersfield's official website.
"I still think the competition is wide open and again it goes down to winning your close games, if you can win those then the table always looks better.
"Hull have found ways to win their close games and that certainly has a bearing on where you finish in the table at the end of the season."
Hull head coach Richard Agar also makes a change to accommodate a player returning from international duty.
England winger Tom Briscoe goes straight back into the squad after being involved in last Saturday's comfortable victory over France in Leigh.
Teenage stand-off Danny Nicklas, who was named as 18th man in last Friday's 34-12 Salford, makes way as a result.
Huddersfield squad: B. Hodgson, Cudjoe, Lolesi, D. Hodgson, Brown, Robinson, Lunt, Mason, Gilmour, Wild, Finnigan, D. Griffin, Drew, Lawrence, Faiumu, Grix, Patrick, Horne, Brough.
Hull FC squad: Berrigan, T. Briscoe, Burnett, Cusack, Dowes, Fitzgibbon, Hall, Houghton, Lauaki, Long, Manu, Moa, Radford, Tansey, Tickle, Turner, Washbrook, Whiting, Yeaman.
