Sevilla midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak says he is staying at the club, despite speculation linking him with a move to Arsenal.
The 25-year-old Poland international impressed during his debut season in Spain last term, scoring in the final as Sevilla claimed Europa League glory and being named in the La Liga team of the year.
And it was reported that Arsenal might be interested in activating the player's release clause, which stands at £21.2m.
Spanish football expert Graham Hunter also suggested Krychowiak would fit in perfectly at Arsenal, although he doubted a deal could take place.
Gunners manager Arsene Wenger also played down the suggestion that he is in the market for another midfielder.
And, alongside a photo of himself standing at the Sevilla ground, Krychowiak tweeted on Wednesday: "I'm staying at the Sanchez Pizjuan for the upcoming season."
