Sunderland winger Adam Johnson appeared in court on Friday at a pre-trial hearing on child sex charges.
The 28-year-old England international attended proceedings at Bradford Crown Court.
Johnson has been charged with three counts of sexual activity with a child and one count of grooming.
He has previously denied the charges. He will go on trial at the same court in February.
Johnson was originally suspended by his club in April, before being reinstated and featuring in their final five games of the last Premier League season.
Born in Sunderland, he began his career at Middlesbrough before moving to Manchester City in 2010, then to Sunderland for £10m in 2012.
The winger has also played 12 times for England.
