Marko Arnautovic has passed his medical ahead of his club-record move to West Ham, according to Sky sources.
Sky Sports News understands Arnautovic has agreed a five-year deal, worth £26m, and will become the club's highest-paid player. The transfer is expected to be finalised on Saturday.
West Ham agreed a fee which could rise to £25m with Stoke for the 28-year-old winger on Tuesday, having previously failed with two earlier bids.
The Hammers are keen to get the deal finalised in time for Arnautovic to fly out with the rest of the squad on Monday for the pre-season tour of Germany.
Arnautovic will become manager Slaven Bilic's third signing of the summer following the arrivals of goalkeeper Joe Hart and defender Pablo Zabaleta.
Arnautovic expressed a desire to join West Ham earlier this summer and handed in a transfer request in a bid to force through a move.
Meanwhile, West Ham have agreed terms with Bayer Leverkusen for the transfer of Javier Hernandez.
