Harry Kane believes "it would be stupid" for him or any of his team-mates to leave Tottenham, given the club's "promising" future.

Kane signed a new five-and-a-half year deal in December and joined a growing list of first-team players that have committed their long-term futures to the club.

Christian Erisken, Dele Alli, Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, Eric Dier and Jan Vertonghen are among the players to have signed new contracts with Tottenham this season.

Tottenham currently sit third in the Premier League, nine points behind leaders Chelsea, and are looking forward to moving into their new 61,000-seater stadium in time for the start of the 2018/19 season.

Kane believes the future is bright for Tottenham and says no player should be looking to leave the club, citing current boss Mauricio Pochettino as one of the best managers in the world.
