Tottenham are set to sign 17-year-old midfielder Shilow Tracey from Ebbsfleet United, according to Sky sources.
The youngster impressed on a successful trial in October and joined the club on a tour of Florida last month.
And he is expected to join the club this week as a scholar in their U18s group, with Spurs currently negotiating compensation with the Vanarama National South side.
Tracey plays in a similar position to Dele Alli, in central midfielder or No 10, but he is some way off competing for a first-team place.
He is known as a midfielder with an eye for goal, and scored in wins over Jacksonville Armada and Baltimore Celtic on the December tour to the US.

Ebbsfleet chairman Peter Varney said last month that "a number of Premier League clubs have come in for Shilow" but touted Tottenham as a good fit because he is "a London boy".
Sky Sports News HQ understands that Spurs are working hard to sign a striker this month, with interest in the likes of Barcelona's Sandro Ramirez, Marseille's Michy Batshuayi, West Brom striker Saido Berahino, and Sassuolo youngster Domenico Berardi.
