The starlet will link up with Barry Fry's men to begin pre-season training on July 18 and be available for the games against Norwich City, Derby County and Charlton Athletic as the club prepare for their Division Two campaign.
Fry told the club's official website he was delighted Royals boss Alan Pardew had agreed to let the midfielder re-join his side to pick up more valuable first-team experience.
"I am delighted to announce that after further discussions with Alan Pardew, we have done a deal which will see Andre join us on-loan for next season," said The Posh boss.
"He will initially be coming on-loan for a month, but that could be extended to three months and even the whole campaign.
"I would like to thank Alan and Reading for their help in this matter.
"Last year Andre made a big impact during a difficult period.
"Although very young, he is a very talented and confident player and I know the rest of the players rate him highly."
