Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho takes us on a GoPro tour of Alcatraz Island, with predictably entertaining consequences...
No longer in operation, Alcatraz was a maximum security federal prison off the coast of San Francisco.
Liverpool are currently visiting the city ahead of their International Champions Cup match against Premier League rivals Chelsea at the Rose Bowl in California on Thursday.
Sakho takes us on a tour using a GoPro camera, giving us a first-person look as he jokes around with his Liverpool team-mates.
He proves to be an entertaining guide too, as he conducts a series of interviews before interrupting a chat with the boss, Jurgen Klopp, who warns him he may get left on the island if he's not careful.
As well as the match against Chelsea, Liverpool will also face AC Milan, AS Roma, Barcelona and Mainz before they kick-off their league campaign against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on August 14, live on Sky Sports.
