All the latest Manchester United transfer rumours on Monday, July 2.
Manchester United have held talks with the agent of Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot, according to Paris United.
The French publication claim Rabiot's mother and representative, Veronique, has been in contact with United and Manchester City regarding a move away from the Parc des Princes.
Ajax are working on a deal that would seal Daley Blind's return to the club, reports De Telegraaf.
United brought the Netherlands international to Old Trafford in the summer of 2014, and he went on to play a key role in Louis van Gaal's sides over the following two seasons.
First-team opportunities have dried up following Jose Mourinho's appointment, with Blind making just seven Premier League appearances last season. De Telegraaf claim the defender is keen on a return to Ajax.
"Ajax are putting a lot of effort into Daley Blind. Blind's father, Danny, has a seat on the supervisory board of Ajax, and has indicated that after four years of Manchester United he would like to return to his former club."
Relegated West Brom are lining up a move for Manchester United goalkeeper Sam Johnstone, reports the Daily Mail.
Johnstone, who spent last season on loan at Aston Villa, has entered the final year of his contract at Old Trafford and is yet to make a first-team appearance for United.
West Brom have highlighted Johnstone as a possible replacement for former United stopper Ben Foster, who has been linked with a return to Watford.
