Arsene Wenger has said his future "has not been sorted completely" as he prepares his Arsenal team for the Sky Live match with Manchester City on Sunday.
A run of six defeats in their last nine matches has seen Arsenal eliminated from the Champions League and facing a battle to finish in the top four of the Premier League, sparking renewed protests from fans against the manager.
After his side slumped to a fourth Premier League defeat in five games at West Brom on March 18, Wenger said his side are in "unique" peril and he would announce a decision on his future "very soon".
The Frenchman, speaking at a press conference on Thursday, said: "I am very clear in my mind. Do I stay two more years?
"My commitment will be the same. It does not influence my attitude. I've always been clear in my mind. It's a subject that is not sorted completely."
Wenger refuted suggestions that doubts over his future were impacting on the team's performance, adding: "I believe the priority in life is to focus on what is important. Not to look for excuses.
"The results aren't going as we want. The priority is on the pitch. The big professional is to perform on the football pitch."
Arsenal have finished in the top four every season during Wenger's time at the club and although they have won the FA Cup in two of the past three years, they have not won the league since 2004.
