Chelsea are the hot title favourites after a perfect weekend in the Premier League, according to the Premier Predictor.

The Blues are odds-on favourites for the title, and have hit a new high with a 78 per cent chance of finishing the season as champions.

This comes after a great weekend for the league leaders, in which Liverpool suffered a shock loss at home to relegation-threatened Swansea, Manchester United were held by Stoke and Man City and Spurs shared the points before Antonio Conte's men beat Hull 2-0.

Since shifting to a 3-5-2 formation following a 3-0 loss to Arsenal in September, Conte's side have won 15 of their 16 Premier League games, with just a single loss to Tottenham earlier this month.

Despite facing perhaps the strongest competition in many years, on current form Chelsea look like running away with the title - though they will face a tough test of their credentials against Liverpool and Arsenal in the coming weeks.

Premier League Weekend Roundup

Looking forward to upcoming matches, Crystal Palace are expected to continue their poor form under new manager Sam Allardyce against Bournemouth - Palace are odds-on alongside Sunderland and Hull for relegation according to the Predictor.

Hull and Sunderland face long odds indeed for their next match-ups against Manchester United and Spurs, while Chelsea start as narrow favourites against Liverpool at Anfield.
