Antonio Luna has brought his time at Aston Villa to an end after he sealed a return to Spain with La Liga side Eibar.
The left-back signed a three-year deal with the Midlands clubs in 2013, joining from Sevilla, and he scored on his debut in a 3-1 win against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
After playing regularly in the first half of the 2013/14 campaign, Luna did not feature again after an outing against Liverpool in January.
Luna was consequently loaned to Italian side Verona last summer but did not appear for them and made another temporary move to Spezia Calcio.
His time there was disappointing too as he was sent off in only his second game for the Serie B outfit.
The 24-year-old has now moved back to his homeland after agreeing a two-year contract with Eibar, who finished 18th in the Spanish top flight last term.
Villa confirmed his departure on Twitter, saying: "Good luck to @AntoniiioLuna who leaves us to join @SDEibar. Best of the luck for the future Antonio! #AVFC"
